Spent 1 night here with my dog, had a really nice stay overall. The food choices were local. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the quadruple room with terrace, brand new air-con, for example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and stores, the lagoon, and Chetumal.

Overall it was well priced and modern, with a private bathroom. The location was exceptionally nice for exploring this calm area, close enough to the lake, and the lagoon...

I had a good stay in a long time. The venue was beautiful and great, I loved the stay and the location was marvellous short walk to a lake as well as Chetumal. The room itself was reasonably priced and new-fashioned here with brand new air-con and terrace, for example.

All staff were very kind and accommodating, ensured our stay was such great!

Great location by the lagoon, clean rooms, free wi-fi , friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, convenient parking. Breakfast with eggs, beans, fruit, and horchata. Bright, airy room with a patio overlooking the lagoon. Easy check-in and out. Resident dogs add charm.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the Belize border and had a great experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, with a stunning lagoon view. The staff were kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The hotel had a big pool where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting and pet-friendly atmosphere.
